We do not offer in-store or online refunds. All purchases have 10 days for store credit or exchange only. All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.

How to make a return online

Please email us at info@frenchcuffco.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. After the return is approved, a shipping label will be sent to your email address. Our team will inspect and process the return within 3 business days of delivery. Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card to your email address.
