How does in-store pickup work?
Shop your favorite styles at frenchcuffco.com and select the store of your choice during checkout for in-store pickup. Yes, it’s as simple as that! You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order with what to expect next.
When will my order be ready?
Due to the nature of our multiple locations, your order may take up to three business days to be fulfilled when placed Monday through Friday. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email with curbside instructions. (You will receive an email when you place the order, but please wait for the fulfillment order to stop by.) In-store pickup is available Monday through Saturday once your order is complete during normal business hours.
Do I have to pick up my order the same day once it's ready?
Take your time! If you need an extra day or two, that’s okay. We’ll see you when you get the chance to swing by!
