When will my order be fulfilled?
Our online inventory is a combination of all of our four locations. Due to the nature of our multiple locations, orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days. Need it sooner? Call or text us at 832.658.9572 or email style@frenchcuffco.com for more information regarding your order.
What is your current shipping & return policy?
We will be offering free shipping with online orders over $50 and returns on full-priced items that were purchased online only. Returned items shipped back or via curbside must be done within 10 DAYS. In-store purchases have 10 days for STORE CREDIT or exchange only. For orders less than $50, you will be charged a flat rate fee of $10. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with an item, please email us at  style@frenchcuffco.com to start your return or inquire about an exchange.

Our online inventory is a combination of all of our four locations. Due to the nature of our four brick-and-mortar stores, we may have items on hold for customers in-stores that are temporary unavailable online.
